I was 17wks 3 days when I delivered Andrew and so it was considered a miscarriage and not a stillbirth. After 20wks it is considered a stillbirth. But we were encouraged to take pictures and I have a couple on my phone. The nurses took more for us after they dressed him and took his feet and hand prints.

While I hope no one I know ever has to go through this - if they ever did, I would tell them to take pictures and hold their sweet baby. It's all you have. And you will cherish the time spent - even if it is only a few minutes.
