I was up to 158 on Monday though, so I'll take it. I've already meal planned for today - including a couple drinks at the bowling alley - and I'm within my calorie range. Plus I'm going to work out this afternoon. So maybe I'll maintain through the weekend. Not getting my hopes up to lose weight. That rarely happens on a weekend. But if I can hold steady, I'll be thrilled lol.
Hopefully I'll see 153 next Friday :)
